Postage, Shipping & Returns
We post all products with Australia Post, allowing you to track your goods easily online. A tracking number will be provided once your order has dispatched.
$10 on all orders Australia-wide,
For International orders, we offer a flat rate of AUD $40
All orders will be processed within 24 hours from ordering.
Orders placed on a weekend will be processed with 48 hours of the next business day.
Although orders will be processed within 48 hours, please allow 1-2 business days for Express Post delivery and an extra 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 5 days for western Australia.
These delivery times are estimates only. We're at the mercy of Australia Post here!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
We will determine and confirm your International Shipping rate one a case by case occasion, so please contact us.
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. The Resident Kid do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. Please contact your local customs office for more information. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The Resident Kid will refund or exchange orders within 14 days if:
• Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of the receipt date.
• The goods must not be worn, damaged or washed.
• Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. Should your size request be unavailable a refund will be provided.
• Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve.
• The Resident Kid will not pay for the returning items for incorrect size or styling choice.
• We do not refund initial shipping fees if you change your mind on a purchase.
• There are no refunds or exchanges on international orders unless the garment is deemed faulty.
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with the upmost care. In an unlikely event you receive and item that is faulty or damaged please contact us and we will organise a replacement or credit.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original purchasers credit card and will include shipping costs if the garment is deemed faulty.
